Do you love something that you wish more people appreciated? A classic movie? A favourite band?

For me, that special thing is downtown Moncton.

Having lived in the city for more than 30 years, I have enjoyed seeing the city mature and grow.

Most of all, it’s the energy and creativity of the city’s people, past and present, that makes Moncton special.

When visiting other cities, food and drink tours are my favourite way to get a sense of place. It shows off the unique spirit of the community, connects me with locals and visitors, gives a snapshot of the history of the area, and gives great ideas for getting the most out of the rest of my time there.

With Unexpected Moncton, I’m excited to join with local restauranteurs and food producers in sharing the story of our city, as we enjoy a relaxing, flavourful adventure, making new friends and lasting memories.
